Ok so February is here … long story short…ok it’s still gonna be long 🤦‍♀️anyways I feel pretty good with my January goal…I didn’t finish perfect but that’s why they call it a goal…something you are hoping to achieve but may not 🤣🤣 My new goal is going to the gym at roughly 4:45am weekdays… come home shower , get kids up and cook breakfast. 🤞 Reasons…(1)I don’t sleep well so gonna see if this helps get me on a better schedule (2) my kids hate getting up but love when I cook…hoping the smells from the kitchen will encourage them to get moving, causing less rushing, yelling and full bellies (3) the gym gets me energized , so what better way to start the day!!! I hope all of you are achieving your goals and if not, don’t give up ❤ Also, I have added a trainer to my regiment…we will meet 2 times a month and he is providing me with a workout plan for my day to day sessions ! Super excited 🤗 Still focusing on adding more water to my life…not just drinking either lol I need a hot tub 😂😂 KEEP SMILING 😘
