Not so much… But I had a chat with a stylist friend this morning about all this extra gear, and she said to me, You’re either a part of the solution, or you’re a part of the problem. Wow. [05/31/20] Good morning! 🙋🏼♀️ Français plus bas! ⬇️ I’ve been getting tons of messages so I just wanted to break down a little better how I am booking in my return to work! Phase 1: Clients who’s appointments were cancelled in March, April, and May (in order of cancellation) Phase 2: Clients who have since requested an appointment Phase 3: Booking back to usual (I will reopen my online booking site at this point) 😊 For the time being I am contacting everyone directly to schedule your appointments! Please be patient, as the list is long! And know that I can’t wait to see you back in my chair! 😊 Bon Matin! J’ai reçu des tonnes de messages, donc je voulais juste expliquer un peu mieux comment je fait la prise de rendez-vous, pour mon retour au travail! Phase 1: Les clients dont les rendez-vous ont été annulés au mois de mars, avril et mai (par ordre d’annulation) Phase 2: Clientes qui ont faites une nouvelle demande de rendez-vous Phase 3: Retour à l’habitude (je rouvrirai mon site de réservation en ligne à ce stade)

However there will be new protocols in place and it will change my day today! I am cancelling all appointments that were scheduled for June, July, and beyond, and starting fresh with my schedule. If you had an appointment booked, you are already on my list, so no need to reach out, I will contact you! If you didn’t have an appointment scheduled, send me a message, and I’ll add you to the list. I am rescheduling appointments based on what was cancelled. So that it is fair to everyone! Please be patient and I will be in touch soon!! Can’t wait to see you!! 😊 Sorry for the long message! 😉 Comme la plupart d’entre vous ont déjà entendu [à juger par le nombre de messages que j’ai reçus 😉] les salons de coiffure peuvent ouvrir le 1er juin! YOUPIE!! Cependant, de nouveaux protocoles seront en place et cela changera ma journée au quotidien! J’annule tous les rendez-vous prévus pour juin, juillet et au-delà, et je reprends mon horaire à nouveau. [05/03/20] 🙋🏼♀️Good morning everyone! Français plus bas ⬇️ I’ve been getting lots of messages asking questions about when I’ll be open… I honestly don’t know! At this point all I can do is wait on government directives. Hopefully we will be included in the dates for the beginning of June! I’m in the process of trying to sort out what life will be like on a day-to-day basis in the salon once things are open again. There will be strict cleaning protocols, handwashing protocols, and probably wearing masks and gloves, for myself and for clients. Again, waiting on government approval for how this will work as we really can’t respect the 2 m policy. I know you’re all anxious to get your hair done, But know that I want to do this only in the safest manner possible, not to put your lives and your families, nor mine at risk. Please know that I have had to cancel at this point over 200 appointments! It is going to take awhile to get back through this list! I will get in touch with you as soon as possible! I miss you all and can’t wait to see you!! 😘 🙋🏼♀️Bonjour à tous! J’ai reçu beaucoup de messages me demandant quand je serais ouvert… Honnêtement, je ne sais pas! À ce stade, tout ce que je peux faire, c’est attendre les directives du gouvernement. J’espère que nous serons inclus dans les dates pour le début juin! Je travail à voir à quoi ressemblera la vie quotidienne dans le salon une fois que les choses seront rouvertes. Il y aura des protocoles de nettoyage stricts, des protocoles de lavage des mains et probablement le port de masques et de gants, pour moi et pour les clients. Encore une fois, en attente des directives du gouvernement pour savoir comment cela fonctionnera car nous ne pouvons pas respecter la politique des 2 m. Je sais que vous êtes tous impatients de vous faire coiffer, mais sachez que je veut tout faire de la manière la plus sécuritaire possible, sans mettre en danger votre vie et vos familles, ni la mienne. Sachez que j’ai dû annuler à ce stade plus de 200 rendez-vous! Il va falloir un certain temps pour revenir sur cette liste! Je vous recontacterai dans les plus brefs délais!

Good morning! With all this talk of corona virus, I ask that if you are sick, have any symptoms of being sick, or if you have travelled outside of the country, that you please contact me to cancel your appointment. I do not want the virus, nor do u want to spread it to any other clients. I love all my clients, and hope that you feel better soon, but for the time being if you aren’t feeling well let me know and we will get you rescheduled. For the time being I will waive my cancellation fee for appointments regarding health situations. Thankyou for your continued support! ❤️

My trip to NewYork to the Matrix Global Academy was a complete whirlwind, I was a ball of excited nerves!!
